"ET" series with slopes ground scales Industrial explosion-proof electronic floorsSERIES 4-CELL PLATFORMS

Low profile electronic platforms with removable chequered loading plate. Fitted with IP68 STAINLESS STEEL load cells. Suitable for creating scales and electronic weighing systems for all types of industrial and commercial applications. Standard version is with approved load cell.
MAIN FEATURES
Fitted with 4 STAINLESS STEEL shear-beam approved load cells each with 350 Ohm input resistance and made according to OIML R60 standards with protection against dust and under water immersion according to IP68 standards.
Steel tubular bearing structure, oven-fire painted in RAL 5007 blue; removable loading surface made in extra thick chequered galvanised steel; inspectionable trapdoor housing the junction box.
Adjustable, stainless steel shock-proof jointed feet and level. Up to 15 Vdc power supply.
Junction box and wiring cables with sheathing according to IP67 standards, and shielded 5m long 6-pin cable for connection to the indicator complete with connectors.
OPTIONS ONLY AVAILABLE AT TIME OF ORDER
Connection to the indicator and calibration with CE-M 3000e single range or 3000e+3000e dual range approval.
Stainless steel surface.
High resolution models for internal factory use.
AVAILABLE ON REQUEST: reinforced version for weighing of concentrated loads (coils, forklifts ecc.)
OPTIONS FOR ATEX VERSION
CCATEX: ATEX certificate for each load cell.
JB4QA: ATEX certified junction box.
DCATEXMECH: ATEX declaration for the PLATFORM (for the load cells ATEX declaration see CCATEX-1 code). Option to be offered only if the platform is ordered without the indicator, if so, refer to the chosen weight indicator available certifications.
WARNING
With ATEX weighing systems, when directly weighing light metals (such as aluminum, magnesium, titanium and their alloys), it is necessary to use the STAINLESS STEEL loading surface.
