Chi-10c digital sensor test
After connecting the digital sensor, insert the connector into the corresponding socket and connect the power supply.
Display the output signal of the digital sensor [XX. XXX].
Press the [*] key for 1 second to turn on or off the backlight.

No matter whether the display is positive or negative, press the [→ t ←] key to set the display to zero. [net] light is on.
Press the [→ 0 ←] key to restore the original value display, and the [net] light goes out.
2. Digital sensor number display:
Press [↑] to display the digital sensor number: [cn XX],
After 1 second, the output signal of the digital sensor [XX] will be displayed. XXX].
3. Number of digital sensor:
Press the [→] key to enter the digital sensor number setting: [cn XX],
Use the [→], [↑] key to input the digital sensor number 1 – 99.

Display controller analog sensor test
After connecting the analog sensor, insert the connector into the corresponding socket and connect the power supply.
Display the output signal of the analog sensor [XXXX. X] in UV.
Press the [*] key for 1 second to turn on or off the backlight.
No matter whether the display is positive or negative, press the [→ t ←] key to set the display to zero. [net] light is on.
Press the [→ 0 ←] key to restore the original value display, and the [net] light goes out.
Judgment 1: the displayed value is not stable, indicating that the sensor is faulty.
Judgment 2: when it is empty, the displayed value is beyond - 500 ~ 500, indicating that the sensor is faulty.
Judgment 3: when the displayed value after loading is greatly different from the theoretical output value of the sensor, it indicates the sensor There is a problem with the unit.
(example: there is a sensor with a maximum weighing capacity of 30000kg and a sensitivity of 2mV / v, The current loading weight is 3000kg, The theoretical output of the sensor is 3000kg / 30000kgx2.0mv/vx5v = 1000.0 UV, When the display value is 13000 UV, it means the sensor is faulty.)
Check whether the instrument itself works normally:
Unplug the sensor plug, and the absolute value of the displayed value shall be less than 20.0.
If the display value is too large or too small, or the display value is not stable, it indicates that the instrument is faulty.
